Degree in Law from the State University of Milan. She acquired authorisation to practise the profession as an Attorney with the Appeal Court of Venice.

She mainly deals with corporate governance, extraordinary corporate operations, and especially - thanks to her solid grounding in the English and French languages - international contracts. She specialised in civil and administrative law with legal firms in Milan.
